Adult Confirmation

Adult Confirmation Registration is open February 3 - February 28, 2025. Please register in the parish office. A copy of Baptismal and First Communion certificates is required at registration. $25 per student

Registration is open to any baptized adult that has not received first Communion or confirmation. Please call the office for more information.

CCD

CCD is open to all students from 1st to 12th grade. Registration begins in August. First Communion classes start in 2nd grade, and high school confirmation classes are taken in 9th and 10th grade. Please call the office for more information.

RCIA

Anyone that has not been baptized by the age of seven may register for RCIA. Upon completion, RCIA candidates will receive the sacraments of baptism, Holy Communion, and confirmation on Holy Saturday. Please call the office for more information.

Sacraments

Baptism

Infant Baptism is celebrated once a month. Parents must provide a copy of the child’s legal state birth certificate. Parents and Godparents must attend two preparation classes ($75), and sponsors must meet all canon law requirements.

First Communion

Children in second grade and older may attend CCD to receive First Communion. See more information on religious education below.

Confirmation

We offer Confirmation classes for both teens & adults. Please visit our Religious Education page below for more information.

Marriage

To get married at St. Leo the Great, please call the office to set up your first meeting with Father Antonio at least six months in advance of your desired wedding date.

Reconciliation

Confession is every Wednesday from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. and on Merciful Friday - the first Friday of every month from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Anointing of the Sick

If you or a loved one need to be anointed, call the parish office at (210) 533-7334. We also have mass with anointing of the sick on the first Saturday of the month at 7 a.m. in English and 8 a.m. in Spanish.
